She is the only Vietnamese representative to be listed in the top 32. Huyen My received 69% of the votes to lead Group 3.

In 2017, Huyen My represented Vietnam at Miss Grand International and finished in the top 10, this was the highest achievement the Vietnamese representative had made so far.

Other beauties named in the top 32 include Miss Grand International 2017 Maria Jose Lora, Miss World France 2017 Aurore Kichenin, and Miss Russia 2017 Polina Popova.

Thirty-two beauties from around the world will continue to take part in the competition from May 30, their points will be marked by audiences and the judges, after which the top 16 will be announced.

The Miss Grand Slam Pageant was founded by the Miss Grand Slam Organisation (MGSO) in 2009, in the aim of recognising the most outstanding beauties from around the world.

Every year, after the world’s beauty contests come to a close, Global Beauties begin the selection process for the Miss Grand Slam title. Fifteen judges from 15 different countries gather to decide the winner from a selection of outstanding contestants from 6 beauty pageants, including Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Grand International, and Miss Supranational.

At Miss Grand Slam 2017, 128 beauties queens of major world pageants vied off in front of audiences and the judges as they were whittled down to a top 64 and top 32 as the competition progresses to the next round./.
