They are Jai Bharathi (36), leader of the group, Piya Bahadur (42), Susan Shanti (35) và Shilpa Balakrishnan (44). They planned to complete the journey of 17,000 kilometers across 7 countries: India, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangladesh.

They will visit 19 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in five countries, at the same time share and promote the 35 UNESCO World Heritage Sites of India with international friends.

On March 10, they entered Vietnam through Na Meo International Border Gate (Thanh Hoa), then visiting Trang An (Ninh Binh) and Ha Long (Quang Ninh) for the next two days.

"At the gate, I met some Vietnamese, they greeted and said 'Hello, welcome to Vietnam!', Shilpa Balakrishnan recounted the first impressions when she arrived in Vietnam

‘’At a small market not far from the gate, many waved to us. They are really friendly and lovely people. "

Sharing the difficulties during the trip, she said “The most difficulty for a woman to drive such a long distance is health problem. We have to go through many terrains such as roads, rivers. The weather changes so erratically that the body’s adaption can’t catch up.’’

Therefore, we always try to stay healthy as possible. That's what makes us stronger. "

Planning for the trip from July 2017, Jai Bharathi said “In fact, we did not have much trouple. Driving on the roads is quite safe. I hope our trip will highlight the safe travel opportunities for women in India."

On the way, sometimes we stopped to shoot beautiful landscapes.  Many cars also stopped to see what was happening. They were surprised when all four are women. "

Asked about the experience traveling by motorbike, Piya Bahadur responded "In addition to the preparation of skills as well as means of safety, immigration procedures and international driving license is also important.

When we arrived in Laos, customs asked us a lot about our schedule, driver's license and vehicle registration. However, each country has different procedures, so thoroughly investigate this issue to avoid trouble.

"Also, when traveling, do not pay too much attention to the phone screen, we should take the phone away, see and experience everything with our eyes. We will not know where to go, who are about to meet. It could be beautiful scenery or rugged roads ... But no matter what, just drive and get everything. It's really great "she said.

Their next destinations in Vietnam will be Vinh, Hue, My Son (Quang Ngai) and Ngoc Hoi (Kon Tum)./.
